Some observations as we're headed to the last 2 minutes of the Saints vs Vikings game.

On D:
- If RT Zach Strief is out for a long time, it could be tough goings for the Saints OL (aka movable force)
- Of course, that may not matter versus the inept NE rush (aka resistible force)
- Kamara is as scary as Kareem Hunt -- we'll find out if it's the NE scheme that was the issue or simply not having enough talent on the front-seven
- Brees is still Brees but there are obvious kinks with his new receivers (they miss Cooks)
- Ramcyz, the LT they got for Cooks' 1st rounder looks like a rookie
- Peterson looks done but he may squeeze out a good game at home
- The Saints secondary looks as confused as ever, leaving Pats-sized holes for big plays
- Cam Jordon must be contained -- the guy can single-handedly wreck the passing game
- Mante Te'o can be exploited but hey no Julian (hopefully MCD can better utilize RBs pass-catching talents)
- Speaking of, with Foster now out of the system, boos on trading Lewis and he could have a big game
- If NE OL can give similar level of protection that Bradford got today, I think Cooks and Hogan will have a big game
- The last time NE played in NO, they got blown out 38-17
- That was the infamous game where Brady and BB talked about the lack of mental toughness on the team (hmmmm)
- The last time NE played NO was at home, the thrilling comeback win 30-27 but you know, different players, different teams
If Brady and Company pull this off, they get the terrible-looking Texans in Week 3. Time to start a winning streak.Since 2007, 75 teams have started 0-2. Only eight (9.4%) of them turned it around to make the playoffs and one of those (the 2008 Chargers) made it with an 8-8 record. The Texans and Seahawks last season, the Colts from 2014, the 2013 Panthers, the 2008 Vikings and the 2007 Giants are the only others.
