Now Carter is doing a segment with Levy that could literally honestly be titled "A List of Reasons Why That Wasn't Wilson's Fault"

Asked about if Brady knows who Butler is, Carter responded "just like he knows who David Tyree is."

I'm going to bed now. And when I wake up, the first thing I will think about is that The New England Patriots are World Champions.

And it will be sweet.

Notice how all 4 patriots super bowl wins featured bad coaching by the opposing team. Martz only ran Faulk 17 times.

Carter has hated the Patriots for years.  Maybe he never got over the 2002 loss in Foxboro that ended his career with a whimper?
Who do they hate though? Is it Belichick? Carter isn't the only one. I find it odd. They all suck up to Dungy the Jesus phony. I just want someone to go allen iverson where they equate psi to practice because that is exactly how much disbelief at the media I've felt since the colts game. "Everybody is sitting around here talkin bout psi, psi, not the game, psi."

It's because they win.

You could be right but im not convinced. I casually follow most sports, i never see Charles Barkley on the verge of tears being angry about the spurs. It is really weird . This goes way back to Tom Jackson years ago.

That INT was the most unexpected, greatest nail in the coffin I've seen.

Down 10 with under a quarter left and they ripped out the brash defending champ's heart.  And ate it.  Oh how fucking juicy it is.

When do I call the doctor? It's been 4 hours!!! This team! I saw articles telling neutrals to not support the Patriots because they are cheaters. It amazes me how many sheeple there are.

Champions and no one can take it away.

I remember yelling "holy shit he intercepted it" then sat there in disbelief with my mouth open for a good minute. That was about as unexpected as it gets.

I literally jumped on my wife like I was jumping into Yogi Berra's arms. It took her like what seemed an eternity to understand that the Patriots had just intercepted the ball and were going to win.

Where's wibi? Did his city burn down?

Wibi's a classy guy, and he lives in Utah.  I think he's letting us have our moment.  Don't hate, the guy's a great poster.  Not all opposing-teams' fans are the "fuck you, Cruz" Yankees fan.

But if we're chronicling the haterade in this thread, Greg Doyel tries to dub this particular brainfart "The Call".  Good luck with that, Greg.

I didn't think he was bad dude either but he was crazy before the game, pissing and moaning. He deserves a little pushback now.

What an asshole.
I dunno, it seems he's more of a "Belichick just fucks with you because he's smarter than anyone that ever coached the game" supporter.

Also, Trent Dilfer did a smackdown of Young before the game, alluding to the 49ers stashing guys on IR.  Have the link on my phone and I'm lazy but it was fucking poetry.

Unless he's doing a long con, he thought SoSH wanted to legitimately burn Seattle down, Vancouver style.  I agree with his general points and do not think he should try to spy on my location or phone calls.

You want tears? Faulk finally admits Brady may be the greatest of all time. Just a short time before that, interviewing Revis in his full Pats gear & that glorious SB hat:

No one tears were saltier or tastier than Goodel's who all the same had to begrudgingly deliver the trophy while saying nice words to Bob Craft. Then he managed to magically disappear as if he was Bigfoot of the Loch Ness monster.

Got about 3 hours sleep and was about to get up and go to work when I got the call we're on a two hr delay. Life is good!! Set the DVR to watch Jets fan Greenie moan about his team can't even get to the Super Bowl.

Edit: turned on the tv and they Seattle's radio call of the pick and it's delicious!! Almost on tears on the air just as good as you thought it'd be!!

Not that I have any sympathy for them, but I'm hearing that the Vegas books made only a minimal profit on the game, despite extremely heavy action. Apparently, they got dinged hard on the Pats/over parlay.

And Butler, though I may have been too befuddled at 3 AM local.  I thought they were going on about he being a kid from Vicksburg, started at Hinds Community College before transferring to W. Alabama.  And checking....Pats player page agrees.  With this information, I will push to make my wife love the Pats as her AFC team unless they play the Saints!

I love Buccigross trying not to break out laughing at Carter. Carter's braindead son just signed with the Colts, too, which will make kicking their ass again next year all the sweeter.
