Here
I thought his best throw of the night was to White for a 3rd down conversion late in the game. Granted, it was a short-ish throw, maybe 7-10 yards, but he put it on White in traffic where only he could catch it.

Play is at 3:52 of this. 3rd and 3, just under 7 minutes to go ARZ up 21-20.

On replay it looked like a miraculous catch. It looked to me like the defender batted the ball down with authority and somehow White still caught it.

I'd like to add that I'm not sure how much JG could have avoided the sack that led to the fumble. Whomever was playing LT for the Pats (was it Cannon?) got completely owned by Golden; I don't think JG even knew it was coming. I didn't think the sack was the result of his holding the ball too long.

I'll give the game balls to JG, the entire defense, and the coaching staff. Couldn't really ask for a better result against one of the NFC's best teams on the road.

I have the feeling Ghost blamed himself as the sole and only reason they were not playing in Super Bowl 50 last year, and will turn in one of the more remarkable seasons a kicker has ever had this year to make amends in his own mind. He is a man on a mission this year, playing for a team on a mission.

Oh, and fuck Goodell.
