The fight that this team has shown so far is absolutely incredible. If they can get healthy, I think they've got a real shot.

Rafaela his certainly stabilized the SS position even though Duran prob needs a day off since he has played every game so far

Tomorrow is a bullpen day, I think. So fewest pitchers used today is best. Kelly has been used in 2 innings stints.
Amazing we are doing this well with all the injuries. Of course it helps to have the big bangers going 2-3-4 in the lineup finally.
I think the best team they can put out there right now is Devers at DH and competent defense at 3B and outfield. If that leaves Yoshida the odd man out, so be it.
I don’t know what’s going to happen with the rest of this season but you really couldn’t ask for more from the Breslow and Bailey braintrust which promised better pitching above all else. Maybe they are just getting lucky so far, idk, but this is some pretty tremendous stuff we are seeing thus far through a lot of adversity.
Well, it seemed like Criswell’s most amazing fest was keeping three absolutely tattooed balls in the yard in the first inning yesterday. But it led to a magical day at the Jake.
