Hi all,
I'm looking for a Windows screen capture utility to take high-quality screenshots in a code editor and in a browser. I'm putting together some technical training for an amateur/community event. My requirements:
SnagIt checks all the boxes, but it costs $50. While I'm generally not opposed to paying a reasonable amount for quality software, there are just so many capture utilities out there. Are there ones that you use and particularly like?
PicPick? Jing? Thanks.

- Higher-fidelity images than the Windows Snipping Tool
- Ability to add boxes/arrows/highlights for emphasis
- Ability to take short (less than 3 minute) videos, with system-sound recording. Robust video editing not needed.
