I'd say a solid NBA starter, who grades out as an average (acceptable) defender, a good (not great) scorer, and a good facilitator. Maybe something along the lines of a 14-16 point, 6-8 assist per game kind of player that provides adequate defense. Not an all-star (I suppose in the right year he could sneak on the AS team), but a guy you're not at all ashamed to put in the starting lineup. Might have trouble with certain kinds of players, but doesn't almost everyone? Would not ever be expected to be The Man, but would be a really nice complement on a team with one or two stars.
Someone previously mentioned Mark Price as a potential comp if Pritchard reaches his ceiling. I don't know if them both being white was part of what drew the comparison, but when I look at Price's stats, I think this is pretty much what I see Pritchard's ceiling at.
Price's career #s: 15.2 points, 6.7 assists, .402 from three, .904 from the line
Now those are his career numbers, and I see them as roughly Pritchard's ceiling. Price's ceiling was better than this. His best year he put up 19.6 points, 9.1 assists, and shot .497 from the floor. I don't know that PP ever gets to that level, but the comp makes sense to me when thinking about Pritchard's potential.
Odds are that he won't reach that level though. At 22, he's already closer to a finished product than most players who enter the league. But I do expect him to improve still.
