Well... that's a pretty ringing indictment of Harper, huh?

Anyway, here's hoping he can contribute on punts and kick returns. With Edelman and Amendola's recovery, it would be enormously useful to have someone who could be a plus in those roles.

Edit: and I still wouldn't rule out a practice squad return for Harper. once upon a time Chung helped lose a playoff game with an ill advised fake punt, and he's now a crucial cog in our secondary.
