Atlanta @ Bucks is a one point game heading into the fourth. And in case anyone is wondering if Jabari Parker cares about beating his old teammates, he has 31 points on 12-18 shooting and six boards.
What’s South Park call it in that Thanksgiving episode?eating food "in reverse"? like, ramming it up their cornholes?
Lakers up 2 with 5.3 seconds left, New Orleans to inbound.Davis’ first game back in New Orleans is a great one, Pels were up most of the game but tied now with 2:40 left.
And Davis pulls a Havlicek and steals the inboundLakers up 2 with 5.3 seconds left, New Orleans to inbound.
In other news, the Blazers beat the Bulls at home 136-119 and Melo had 19 points on 9-11 shooting, four boards and two assists. Single game +/- should be fired into the sun but he did have a +27, second only to Lillard who had a +28. Some guy named Abdel Nader led the Thunder with 23 points and was 3-4 from deep.
Historically bad night for the Bulls. And the Warriors get a win over the Bulls 104-90 in The City. Eric PascAnimal leads Golden State with 25 points on 9-17 shooting with seven boards and three assists but the key differentiator was Draymond Green who didn't fill up the state sheet with only seven points, five boards and eight assists. However he was directing traffic, coaching the kids and making several defensive stops against the Bulls who were led by Zach LaVine and his game high 36 points on 13-24 shooting.
The other highlight was Klay Thompson doing some in-game commentating and then stealing the sideline reporter's microphone in the midst of a Omari Spellman interview and finishing it out in amusing fashion. Simple pleasures with a team that has won just four times in 19 games...
Undoubtedly yes. Rondo is probably going to make the Basketball Hall of Fame.Historically bad night for the Bulls.
Will Carmelo make the Hall?
How is that a highlight for Giannis? He blatantly extended his arm (in a way that's been called consistently this year), and then had a wide open dunk. Not sure why Atlanta didn't challenge there--was a really obvious offensive foul.
He mostly has himself to blame, forcing them to take DeRozan as the Kawhi return package. He could have Brandon Ingram right now.Damn, the Spurs have been 1-9 since the Celtics beat them. Pop must be incredibly frustrated.
They'd still be 1-9He mostly has himself to blame, forcing them to take DeRozan as the Kawhi return package. He could have Brandon Ingram right now.
his 4 for 21 performance last night has me salty alsoThey'd still be 1-9
It wasn't a Giannis highlight. Its was an awkward moment between the MVP and a player who is largely considered NBA royalty. Giannis likely could have dunked on any other player in the league and NBA Twitter would have been cool with it but most tweets echoed The Ringer in "defending" Carter. How is that a highlight for Giannis? (I also think Tatum's "ankle-breaker" on PG13 was an obvious foul.)
The reporters going on about Giannis in that post are just silly. Of course with a blatant push off any NBA player is unstoppable. No shade on Giannis, he is great, but that's not an example of it.How is that a highlight for Giannis? The Brinks truck never arrived. As long as he is offered contracts, he is going to play. I hope he is socking it away.It was really cute for the Wizards to sign Isaiah and have people root for him again but for gods sake Isaiah please retire after they eventually release you. It’s literally cringe worth watching him try and compete against NBA players.
The cupcakes stop Sunday. Over the next 2 weeks they only play 2, wolves and hawks. December is a good measuring stick for them49 for Ice Trae tonight in an OT loss to Indiana.
When the fuck do the Lakers play anybody who is good? For all the talk of the West being brutal heading into the season, it seems like these schmucks only play the Pelicans, Thunder and now Wizards.

Hey it's not easy going 14-0 against AAU competition.49 for Ice Trae tonight in an OT loss to Indiana.

I'm guessing they'll still look really good. As long as LeBron and AD are angry and the supporting cast is healthy, they're tough. The Lakers have played like five good teams, wins against the Jazz and Heat at home, and in Dallas in a game the Mavs flubbed in the final seconds of regulation, and losses to the Clips and Raptors.
The next three weeks has them at home with the Mavs, then 8 of 9 on the road, Nugs and Jazz btb, Blazers, home with the Wolves, then Magic, Heat, Hawks, Pacers, Bucks. They end 2019 with Denver and the Clippers in LA, and up to Portland. 10 of the next 13 games against playoff teams, after playing only 6 of 19 so far, counting Charlotte as a playoff team.
Ehh. That supporting cast is garbage and their "great" defense is starting to leak. They may even end up the 1 seed but that team doesn't scare me in the playoffs at all.I'm guessing they'll still look really good. Ah, if we’re talking from the Clippers perspective? Absolutely like LAC better, especially because of Kawhi’s history with LeBron.Ehh. Simmons didn't just stick his hand in the passing lanes - he anticipated where the ball was going and beat the man to the spot. The steal on the inbounds was amazing. The slander will continue as long as he struggles to shoot but this guy is a damn good player.Ben Simmons steals ball three times in final 20 seconds, leading to four points from Tobias Harris. 76ers rally to beat Pacers, 119-116. Embiid hit all 15 of his free throws. Simmons‘ last steal ended Pacers last possession.
You'd think so, but no. He had 23/8/4 last February.Bucks also waxed the Hornets last night.
Giannis had 26 points in 19 minutes.
Biggest surprise is Dragan Bender (playing for Bucks) scored 12. Career high, right?
He was killing the G league but one would expect that given the lack of bigs in the G league. He was averaging 21 points, 10 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.8 blocks in 5 games on .514/.400/.769 shooting. He just turned 22 2 weeks ago. You'd think so, but no. He had 23/8/4 last February.
There's some talent there, but no one has unlocked it yet. Two seasons ago he hit 36.6% from three on nearly 4 attempts/game.
I think it was Al Davis who always tried to bring in former first round draft picks because they obviously have talent that might be unlocked by a change of system/scenery.There's some talent there, but no one has unlocked it yet. Two seasons ago he hit 36.6% from three on nearly 4 attempts/game.
This one is over. Lebron already taking step back threes with no attempt to pass, Lakers giving up on offensive boards, etc.Mavs up 20 against the Lakers with 9 minutes to go.
