Clearly using a cooked Dez to prep for N’Keal Harry in a few weeks...Really? He hasn't caught a pass since 2017. You would think if there was something left there, he would have found a new team a long time ago.
Oof, brutal.Clearly using a cooked Dez to prep for N’Keal Harry in a few weeks...
Hayden Hurst is the guy the Pats should be targeting. Or Calvin Ridley.Rumblings here in Atlanta that Blank is ordering a complete tear-down of the roster to hit reset/Tank for Trevor.
If Julio Jones became available, he would be a game-changing acquisition for any team.
Ridley is the guy they should keep. Cheap contract and very good.Hayden Hurst is the guy the Pats should be targeting. Or Calvin Ridley.
Cmon, man, you would trade every Falcons 2nd rd pick ad infinitum in exchange for 28-3 ending differently.I don't have much to laugh about on SoSH as an Atlanta sports fan, but the never-ending stream of Patriot fans looking to steal all of the Falcons' best players - and then only get Sanu, at the cost of a second-round pick - is a constant source of hilarity.

So....Deion Jones for a 2022 5th isn’t happening? Well...crap.I don't have much to laugh about on SoSH as an Atlanta sports fan, but the never-ending stream of Patriot fans looking to steal all of the Falcons' best players - and then only get Sanu, at the cost of a second-round pick - is a constant source of hilarity.
Hilarity and Atlanta sports go hand in hand.Oof that’s bleak.
I doubt he's leaving Tampa. Have to think his old pal Brady will convince him to stay.Antonio Brown will visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday, as @AaronWilson_NFL also reported.
Brown is flying to Tampa tonight. He also is in discussions with the Seattle Seahawks.
I really don't think he went from a top defensive end in the league last season to 3rd string on the Bengals quality. I think it's the scheme and coaching staff.Even Dunlap's corpse is an improvement, but there's some speculation that his decrease of effectiveness is a scheme issue, not an age related one
I think he'll play well. He's always been a guy that's played when he wants to and he never meshed with this staff from Day 1 as they've moved more towards a 3-4. This happened last year too when he was nonexistent the first half of the year and became his old self in the second. It's one thing for him to lose snaps to Sam Hubbard and Carl Lawson (likely superior players at this point) and quite another to Amani Bledsoe and Margus Hunt. He may have lost a step, but he's still 6'6/280. I can see him having a big second half if they just line him up at LE and let him do his thing.Even Dunlap's corpse is an improvement, but there's some speculation that his decrease of effectiveness is a scheme issue, not an age related one
Wow. What’s the story on King? I thought he was pretty good.Chargers are trading Desmond King to the Titans for a 6th round pick.

He's a good slot corner, but you're only getting 8 games out of him, how much is a team really going to give up for 8 games? The Chargers are going nowhere and likely talked to his agent and the number he's asking for isn't one they are interested in paying, so off he goes.Wow. What’s the story on King? I thought he was pretty good.
Get it done Theo!Ryan Izzo and Ryan Mallett for Kittle?
I'd trade Izzo for Skittles.Ryan Izzo and Ryan Mallett for Kittle?
Skittles had a shitty pro dayI'd trade Izzo for Skittles.
He hasn't been all that great when he's on the field either. Have to think the Niners cut bait in the offseason. Saves them a ton of space, with very little dead money.Garoppolo has a lot of trouble staying on the field.
I’d pay him 4/$100 no questions askedIf SF cut bait with JG and he was a free agent, what would be a reasonable contract for NE to bring him in? He's absolutely a starting level QB in the NFL, even if it seems like he's not the next great thing. He's better than what they have, and if the price isn't much...
My first thought was somewhere around what Teddy Bridgewater just signed for, which was 3/$63M, with $33M guaranteed. I think tims4wins 4/$100M isn't far off that either. If SF cut bait with JG and he was a free agent, what would be a reasonable contract for NE to bring him in? Couldn’t hurt but finding a WR4/5 isn’t the problem. We have those. We desperately need a WR1/2.Pettis is the kind of guy that BB should be looking at. 2nd round talent, which is very good. Injuries derailing his career, but if he can ever be healthy...reasonable chance he could give them something.
So if you're looking for something to root for, Mullens performing well for the Niners could be a thing. Either creates bigger opportunity for Jimmy G. to get cut, or could elevate Mullens into a candidate for QB of the NEP 2021.My first thought was somewhere around what Teddy Bridgewater just signed for, which was 3/$63M, with $33M guaranteed.
