I've taken the liberty of adding 3B Rafael Devers to the GCL roster. He's not there yet, but visa issues are reportedly the only hurdle keeping him in the Dominican. I've also added 9th-rounder RHSP Kevin Steen, who signed Tuesday, to GCL since that's his likely destination.
