Second straight 5-2 loss for Montreal against Columbus tonight, but the Sportsnet crew calling the game put their 2-month skid in a much better way:

On December 5th, the Habs were best in the East, 2nd in the whole League. The Hurricanes, on the other hand, were the worst team in the NHL. Tonight, the Hurricanes passed Montreal in the standings.
