So it's Windows 10 with a centered toolbar?
It looks a bit early to tell, but it could a refined version of Windows 10 that deserves the new version number.
They changed the start menu which seems to be the most functional it's ever been.
They changed the UI on File explorer as they removed the ribbon and made it more modern and intuitive.
Hopefully, they finally fixed settings and removed the control panel.
They made multitasking and windows snapping easier.
You can now use Android apps on windows - which will probably affect a large part of the use base. I read for example you can use the Android Uber app on windows now.
And of course, they rounded the window corners.
Obviously, I would like to use it, but it does seem promising.
