Why?

genuinely curious, not trying to be contrary.
I have a strange dislike for clubs who have one sort of singular moment in time in their history where they were good but then pretty non descript the rest of their history, yet the fans act like they’re Arsenal or whatever. This group includes Derby and Forest too.

just me being sports petty.

The first legs of the Championship playoffs were on this Sunday past, and they were both pretty dire - 0-0 draws for West Brom at Southampton, and for Leeds at Norwich too.

But this afternoon, Leeds has put three past the Canaries and it's not even halftime.

I always like Norwich in the PL, with their kits. They provide some geographic diversity; I like that part of England. And SJH is a Norwich fan.

Nevertheless, dirty Leeds looks to be coming back up, barring a legendary fightback.

That Norwich miss just after Leeds second goal was a gut punch. One on one v the goalie, he's got to score.

Then Leeds get a third and it's pretty much done and dusted now.

I like seeing Leeds in the Prem. One of the more passionate fan bases.

I thought that was a great save tbh…Sargent had the chip but Meslier (who has had his struggles so props to him) was able to flash the arm up.

Leeds obviously disgusts me, but there’s no doubt they bring a level of passion and support that the premiership largely lacks.

When we traveled by train from Liverpool to York to Edinburgh last summer, by far the most common kit and logo we saw between Merseyside and Newcastle was Leeds. Moreso than the Manchester clubs or anyone else.
