If you have a recent model TiVo (stream or roamio) at home, you could stream the game from the start of the program to a tablet with the TiVo app. I've done that with an Ipad at least. I'm sure the other streaming boxes (slingbox?) can do something similar.
Yep, this is your best bet. Basically you need to 1) DVR the game on your cable box, and 2) stream your cable box to the Internet.
For #2, I have no idea how TiVO works. I do have a Slingbox. You will need a strong internet connection in order for this to work. Shitty wi-fi or anything beneath LTE will be choppy and unwatchable. Hell, I wouldn't even use LTE. Pretty much wi-fi or a wired ethernet connection only.
If you only have a mobile device and no laptop available, Slingbox does provide an iOS app (not sure about Android). It's $15 though and not that awesome. If you are interested in a Slingbox, most electronics retailers sell them off the shelf. I got mine at MicroCenter in Cambridge.
Overall, the option is a clear step below watching it live, but you can get the gist of what's going on without missing the entire game.
