Keys to the game: great communication, sure tackling and great coverage on the short routes.

I trust the secondary more than any other time in the past which to me means hopefully no blown coverages or awful technique on longer routes.

I doubt BB will blitz much.

I think Denver is the better team right now. Part of the reason for that is the Peyton has more experience against a range of different looks and has much less trouble diagnosing those than he did earlier in his career. Hopefully, New England can execute really well and not get on their heels.

I also have a sense (maybe this is a research request) that the league uses the pats as the best resource for how to beat other teams. BB's always comes up with a great blueprint that sometimes gets copied. Hopefully whatever the pats dial up for Denver can be replicated and they can lose a few more games... wishful thinking perhaps :)

While Von Miller is probably the best pass rusher after JJ Watt and Cameron Wake--much scarier than Ware--we overlook that Vollmer , after his slow start against Wake, has been about the best pass pro tackle in the league.

FWIW, the high wind warning, which earlier was centered on late sat into early sun, has now shifted to run from 6am to 6pm on Sunday.

It's my belief that wind, more than cold, is a factor in Manning's play.

Force turnovers. That'll be key. Cause a fumble, pick Manning (Lord knows they've done it before) once or twice, and you can control the game.

I doubt they'll be able to rattle Manning with pressure.

It won't be as cold as last year's Denver game, but it will be windier--20 mph with gusts over 50; so noise and wind and 39 degrees by halftime--Peyton will surely hate it.
