Last week, a buddy of mine sent me a link to a playlist on some random website. He'd downloaded it and was listening to it no problem, but since I unzipped the file every browser on my work computer is suddenly overrun with crappy ads. I've installed ad-blocker on Firefox, but they're still there, and in some cases so prevalent that they screw up the alignment of pages so badly that they're unreadable. The ads all say they're from OnlineBrowserAdvertising. I can't find any programs to Uninstall that match that description, and am pretty sure I've now uninstalled everything on the computer with an install date of last Wednesday.
Additionally, when I unzipped the file it installed an annoying WeatherBug program and an "AntiVirus" program which I've since uninstalled. It's slowed the computer down substantially, and the ads are out of control.
Coincidentally, we just got a shipment of new machines today, but I'll have to make due with it for another week or so. Any ideas as to how to uninstall this Ad crap?
