They already blew one earlier in the game. It’s now two where the guy in I’ve played puck before other was off.

The problem is the defense is getting exposed tonight against a team that might win the cup. Not having Carlo for this one really hurts. Krug is getting completely exposed in a top four role.

Thats' what I want to know. Why the fuck did the whistle blow? Puck didn't leave the ice, did it?
I’m asking the same question. Hit the Tampa player leaving the ice in the skates, bounced back to a Bruins player, and then whistle. I assumed it was too many men, then... not

Did they change the too many men rule? Two instances where a guy played a puck or had puck hit them near lightning bench and there were 6 plus guys on ice.

One was right before we got our first power play and then this one.

The one shift where they get sustained presence they score. Vaselinesky can be beat.

Rask aside, that’s probably the worst period of hockey I’ve seen from the Bruins all year.

I refuse to believe they have 6 scoring chances. Impossible.

A puck can hit a guy exiting the ice without it being too many men, as long as that guy makes no effort to play the puck. That looked to be the right call there

First two he could have stopped. At some point he has to shoulder some of the blame as well as Krug
Did you get a good deal on those Rask Hating Glasses (TM)? In no world should he have been expected to stop the first one, it was atrocious play by the defense. The second is more arguable, but it tipped through a screen, so I have a hard time blaming him. The third one he saved twice before the defense again failed to get the puck to safety. Krug is a mess, and nobody else is playing much better. Except DeBrusk, he is awesome.

19 shots on goal for Tampa. Doing the math....yep, that's on pace for 57 SOG for the game, which obviously would be....totally unacceptable.

Get one back in the second period and then get after it in the third. This game is far from over. But my goodness, they can't allow 19 shots in a period again.

no. It was the guy on ice before the guy going off was close to being off. Plus more than one guy on.

For the most part, the Bruins are struggling to sustain any sort of offensive pressure 5 on 5. They are really struggling entering the zone. Hopefully they can figure that out heading into the 2nd.

I feel like simply not letting the puck fucking bounce off and through their sticks and shit would go a long way toward better play. Just needless sloppiness.

This series is exposing Torey Krug for what he is. A sixth defenseman/ power play specialist. Relying on him to play top 4 minutes against very good teams in the playoffs costs you games.

Out-skated and out-worked. The only good thing about that period is they only trail by two.

So score two and then add some more. This Bruins team is absolutely capable of winning this. Heads must be ripped off.

I really like Krug, but it's hard to argue against this.

Hopefully Bruins got it all out of the system and come to play the rest of the game.

Tampa looked like it was on power play even when they weren’t a lot in the first.

I don’t understand the people who blame Rask for everything. It’s insane
I'm no hockey genius, but it's a really easy tell that someone knows jack shit about the game when they blame the goalie for every goal.

The nbc stream has, I think, no more than 3 commercials that they repeat all game. It’s making me drink more.
