Probably, but get the six first.CSU needs to score and go for 2.

Those two guys are perfectly in synch, from I can seeWhat a dime/catch
They have both impressed tonight. CSU may be dirty or too aggressive but they came to playThose two guys are perfectly in synch, from I can see
Me too, really easy to listen to.I really like Louis Riddick. No nonsense analysis
I think they didn't -- I think CU won the toss and picked the end zone, so CSU got to pick to defend. Then in the second OT, it was CSU's turn to pick first, and they picked defense. When did they change the alternating first possessions in overtime rule?
You have to go for 2 in the second overtime.Pretty gutsy to go for 2. You drop a pass and can lose.
If so I never knew that was the rule, I thought they just automatically switchedI think they didn't -- I think CU won the toss and picked the end zone, so CSU got to pick to defend. Then in the second OT, it was CSU's turn to pick first, and they picked defense.
I think.
oh, I thought it was the thirdYou have to go for 2 in the second overtime.
@CFB_Rules can correct me when he wakes up, but I think that is the rule:If so I never knew that was the rule, I thought they just automatically switched
https://www.sportingnews.com/us/ncaa-football/news/college-football-overtime-rules-2023-format/4a5576cd7d74df0496219127Overtime begins with a coin toss to determine which team starts with the ball in overtime, with the visiting team calling the toss. The winner of the coin toss can either play offense or defense to start, or can opt to choose which side of the field it wants to start. There is no deferral. The team that loses the toss has to make the remaining decision, and then has the first pick to start the second overtime.
Records don't mean crap in in-state rivalry gamesSure showed that unranked team
They've been so bad they've been irrelevant for a long time. Good for them to have some fun. Coach Prime won't be there forever.Storming the field to beat a G5 school. If they beat USC they're going to burn the city down.
Exactly. They've been so bad they've been irrelevant for a long time. Good for them to have some fun. Coach Prime won't be there forever.
+1They've been so bad they've been irrelevant for a long time. Good for them to have some fun. Coach Prime won't be there forever.
Can't understand why when your defense has just let the opponent drive down the field several times, including a 98 yard drive, you don't say "hey, our D is COOKED, let's roll the dice here and try to win it now". You see that time and again in these bogus OT games. Can’t believe they are kicking it.
I've never understood why there's no kickoffs nor punts; but field goals and kicked pats are part of the overtime. If you disallow one type of special teams plays, you should disallow all of them. Plays from scrimmage should be all there is.I don’t like college overtime.
Yes technically all options are given before every extra period.@CFB_Rules can correct me when he wakes up, but I think that is the rule:

This would result in more OT periods, which is the exact opposite of what the NCAA wantsI've never understood why there's no kickoffs nor punts; but field goals and kicked pats are part of the overtime. Apologize for what? Norvell got a 24 point road underdog to take a top 20 ranked team with far more talent to double OT on the road. Sorry that the multimillionaire spotlight hog got his feelings hurt? Boo fucking hoo.Looks like Norvell apologized to Prime which was the right thing to do. Now, he should say it publicly bc he started it publicly.
He said some pretty racist stuff the last week. I hope it was about that.Apologize for what? Norvell got a 24 point road underdog to take a top 20 ranked team with far more talent to double OT on the road. Sorry that the multimillionaire spotlight hog got his feelings hurt? Boo fucking hoo.
CSU was undisciplined, racked up an insane amount of penalties, almost took out 2 potential all-americans on CU with dirty hits, and lost the game with 2 - 3 gutless, bad coaching decisionsApologize for what?
