He’s closer to David Ash.Ewers’ ceiling is Chris Simms, which I would be very happy with. He’s no Vince or Colt but he’ll do.
I’d take that in a heartbeat. Pre-concussion Ash was the real deal. Mack should be cursed for what he did to David Ash.He’s closer to David Ash.
Yeah, because they’re the only program that schedules easy ones at the front end.Maybe ND follows this one up by playing a high school on Friday night.
Have to wonder if this can become a viable model for the schools that can’t get a Saban/Smart/Dabo. The problem is that when a guy like that moves on, he takes his talent (players and coaches) with him-doesn’t exactly build a foundation.Deion doesn’t even have to be that great of an x’s and o’s coach to have success there. If he can get top recruits there and fill his staff with good young coaches who will do the heavy lifting, he can just be Deion.

95% of the coaching on any football team is done by the assistants. The head coach’s role is to establish a culture and hire capable assistants. Deion has demonstrated he can do that. He won’t outrecruit his rivals at Colorado to the same degree he did at Jackson State — it’s just not possible at the P5 level. But he’ll be successful, and while his style will be markedly different, he’ll do it by doing the same things other successful big-time coaches do.Have to wonder if this can become a viable model for the schools that can’t get a Saban/Smart/Dabo. I wonder what Deion’s end game is. If he’s successful at Colorado, he’ll be gone in 3 years. Is he looking for the SEC, or FSU, or the NFL?
That’s probably true in terms of the workload, but the difference between Deion and almost every other P5 HC is that those guys all were, at some point, the assistant coaches doing 95% of the work. It’s a tough model to emulate because who else is Prime Time? For sureDon't see BC taking the celebrity route- don't think it fits the culture at that school and in the area in general.
My guess is Florida State is the dream destination for Prime.I wonder what Deion’s end game is. If he’s successful at Colorado, he’ll be gone in 3 years. Is he looking for the SEC, or FSU, or the NFL?
You should have sorta a home field situation. They should have had this in Mobile. This is a perfect locale if you were playing U of M. (Stadium and pregame sucks here)Im nervous
I don’t like Orlando too much. Area by Amway and soccer that is built up is ok. This should have been home and home instead of this “neutral” stuffYou should have sorta a home field situation. True but I have feeling Norvell will be here forever, like Dabo at Clemson. My guess is Florida State is the dream destination for Prime.

NIL deals for the refs is the new fadTry was not a late hit. And then LSU didn’t snap it after the clock expired but no delay of game call
I was about to turn off my TV when the ref was talking to the LB thinking there was a flag coming. That jump was an awful decision.LSU’s QB attempted suicide
I didn’t have a 6 year player having a mental breakdown on my bingo cardTravis not helping his draft stock
