Nothing will happen unless people stop watching and attending NCAA games… As long as the NCAA is making money they wont give a shit

Can't be any more cynical about the NCAA but here's a shot.
what if they purposely declare players like this ineligible, fully expecting to overtrun on appeal? The kid becomes a story, people tune in to watch his games, etc. NCAA ultimately benefits more than if they had declared him eligible in the first place.

It's hard to say where this is going, since both the NCAA and Baylor have come out and said he didn't violate any of their rules. I'm guessing Dez Bryant is somehow involved.
