It probably wasn't obvious in Cleveland because everyone around Lebron being miserable wasn't exactly unusualIf he's poisoning the well to the point that other players don't want to play in Boston, well, screw him. I sense a pattern here, and as he's the first player to have a problem with either Stevens or Ainge (to say nothing of Al Horford), the pattern is pretty damning.
