Do those more knowledgeable think C-Note will get a cup of coffee with Boston in September or do we think he'll have to wait until next year to get a shot?
I think a lot of people think he will get a cup of coffee, but honestly, I think he finishes the year in AAA. He needs every day at bats to continue working on his plate approach, and I don't think he can do that at the MLB level with the Sox outfield being as packed as it is.
Yeah, the conventional wisdom I've heard is they'll bring up Blizzard as a pinch runner with the extra spot.
I think he's only really likely to get called up if Duvall or Refsnyder get hurt. Who knows, though?

Albertson Asigen (I found out today that the 'g' in his last name moves in silence like lasagna) was 3-3 with a walk & a steal (6).
Claudio Simon was 1-3 with a double & a walk.
JOHNFRANK was 1-3 with a walk.

Yuten was 1-4 & Alcantara had the other walk & a steal.

I thought about Troye & Cepeda. Cepeda allowed 2 inherited runners to score. They were probably 6 & 7. Not an impressive day of pitching in the org. Pretty good for the Sox, though.
