Dobbins allowed a lead off homer & then a 4 pitch walk. I miss when he used to pitch well.

Now that the server is back up, I can report that Portland is losing 7-4 in the 7th.

Another rough start for Dobbins - 5.2 IP, 5 earned runs, 7 hits, 3 walks, 4 strikeouts.

As for DSL, the 2 games were suspended in the 2nd & 3rd inning, both 0-0.

& the FCL game was postponed.

Ryan Miller pitched 1 innings & allowed 2 unearned runs, 2 hits, 1 walk & 1 strikeout.

Alex Hoppe retired all 4 hitters he faced & got 1 strikeout.

Christopher Troye is in for the top of the 9th.

Portland started the 9th with a Lugo double & Dearden walk, so potential tying run at plate.

Esplin struck out swinging, so up to Rosier/Bonaci.

Rosier flew out & Bonaci struck out.

Portland loses 7-4.

Nathan Hickey was 2-4 with a double & a homer.

Brainer Bonaci was 1-3 with 2 walks.

It feels like Jack Brannigan is OPSing like 4.000 against Greenville. & every time I see his name I think about Zap Brannigan.

Elvis Soto only lasted 3 innings for Salem, allowing 3 runs on 4 hits & 2 walks, striking out 5.

Luis Talavera allowed an unearned run in the 4th (because he made a throwing error).

Alexis Hernandez singled to score 2 runs, but got thrown out at 2nd. He's 3-3 so far today.
