Johnson up, Kelly down?

Roniel Raudes might be a DSL name to watch. At 17 years old, no walks in 24 innings, and 11 punchouts in 5 innings today

All but three of Johnson's starts have been 2 ER or less, all but 4 have been 1 ER or less.  Probably wouldn't be that consistent in the majors but not sure AAA is where he should be at this point either.  He's 24, he has shown good command and sustained performance against AAA hitters.  Since the start of 2014, here's his line (mainly AA/AAA):

213.2 IP, 2.40 ERA, 201/61 K/BB, .216 average against, 23% K%, 7% BB%, 1.07 GO/AO

So, he's K'ing a batter an inning, has a 3:1 K:BB ratio, is allowing few hits, and incurs more groundballs than flyballs.  Not sure what more he has to do at this point.

Kill Craig Breslow, send Kelly to the pen, start Johnson.

Raudes was born in 1998. Good God. 11 Ks in 5 innings is definitely worth watching.

Eh it's at least worth watching for extreme outliers.  For example, Denyi Reyes at age 18 is posting a 28:0 K:BB in 25 IP.  That's probably someone at least worth paying attention to.  Big bonus players like Espinoza before promotion are also obviously worthwhile to track.
