is it on the coach? they did the same shit with I'me and brad with Tatum.
At this point, it’s not.

It seems to be something Tatum feels strongly about. The coaches pay attention way more than we do, they see how bad he is at this. I have to think this is just the price of doing business with an All NBA player

I never drink early, did this afternoon, was going to chill though this game to watch the first 3 innings of the RS game before turning it off because baseball doesn't do it for me anymore. I might ruin that plan with whiskey to how annoying this game is
I wandered into a bar meaning to watch the first half and now I've had a lot more than I meant to and I blame our defense.

Our elite perimeter defenders aren't doing much to stop Murray.

So, you think Tatum is ignoring coaching?
I don’t think he’s ignoring coaching. I think it’s an unspoken thing. the Celtics organization knows that Tatum really wants those shots. I imagine that he’s made it known he wants those shots.
I think end of game it’s known that it’s on Tatum to get the shot. Unfortunately he sucks ar it

Possible to use Tatum as a decoy at the end of a game? The other team knows it's going to be him and only him, and it's not like he makes many of those.
No because the backup play is just JB does the same iso thing. There are no options where they try something else.

To not call the jump ball earlier and then call that afoul--- wow. That is really poor.

If this ref were dying in the street I would dial three random numbers and pretend I was getting help.

But when they run their regular offense, all kinds of guys get open looks. Why does it devolve in those situations? Why not just run your regular offense?

The other downside to Tatum playing by himself for a few minutes is it takes everyone else out of rhythm
I fundamentally HATE it when any player pounds the ball into the ground aimlessly. The only player on the team that has any frequency of doing that is Tatum

The basic idea is that defenses tighten up at the end of the game and restrict passing lanes. So, any sort of passing could lead to a turnover or delay in offense.

IMO, I don’t agree with this. I think the Celtics have 5 players good enough to make the right read and the right pass that they should continue to run the normal offense.

Honestly, at this point what’s the harm?
