I would pay an ungodly amount of money to never hear Reggie Miller’s stupid voice and lisp ever again. My god, just shut the fuck up you idiot

That call made no sense. He called Phoenix ball, and then later added a foul on JB?

Other official called the OB. Then Molloy stepped in and made a scene letting everyone know he was in charge and it was foul on JB.

One of the reasons the C's are having trouble rebounding is because Nurkic is just flat out shoving people from behind.

I feel like Reggie thinks his job is to make everyone aware that he does zero prep
It feels like Barkley started this but he’s so entertaining he gets away with it. Shaq and Reggie have taken it to a new level and basically take a dump on smart discourse every time they open their mouths

it's basically the difference between one being funny and one thinking their funny.. or interesting.

Barkley is an actually funny NBA personality, Shaq is an NBA personality who isn't actually funny, and Reggie is a "we have an NBA personality at home".

The woman singing the half time show is seriously talented. However, she is singing a different song than the background track. Like an off by one error on the set list. It’s breaking my brain.

Celtics at 44.8% Dreb %. That is as bad as I've seen in a while.
just start to watch when a shot goes up.. I know there's no real over the back anymore, but I don't think what Nurkic is doing is technically legal either.

For context for those watching this TNT halftime show, PBPstats has the Celtics shot quality at 56% and Phoenix at 49% (those are expected EFG%s).
Superior shot quality is part of what is keeping the Celtics in this game.

Even putting aside Nurkic, Phoenix has been pretty physical all over the court thus far. That’s probably smart for them, and if refs continue to let them do it they can definitely hang around. Celtics have not really matched that, but have played well offensively and solidly defensively putting aside rebounding (which has been awful)

I have to admit, I haven’t watched an NBA game in probably 4-5 years. I’m stunned at how little defense I’m watching right now (particularly in the first half).

I’m sure I’m not saying anything new, I just didn’t realize how much softer the game had gotten. It seems like >half of everything is a wide open shot.

That was a really awful call. Brown traveled, pushed off, and the contact was minimal.

This crew is atrocious. Not biased—-just awful in all directions

Just catching up to live action. Entertaining first half. Tatum is balling.

Yeah.. I thought that was a pretty obvious offensive foul.. and yet is one of two foul calls JB has gotten when he clearly pushed off.. while he hasn't got the calls when he's actually been fouled.

I’m not disputing that Nurkic is having an impact, but I struggle to see how he is “killing” us when we are up 9.
he has been killing them on the boards and fouls.. but thankfully isn't great at scoring.
