The new format makes the last quarter pretty competitive. Everything else is silly leading up to it.
Over-under was sub-300 as recently as ten years ago. The defense has always been sporadic; now it is nonexistent, except maybe the last few minutes of a close game.
Was that Jrue going all Sheed with the left handed jumper? At least we now know who wishes they didn’t have to cancel their vacation plans.
If you watch old all star games, yes of course they let guys score but also lots of times there was legit (even if it wasn’t finals game 7 level) defense being played. This is just guys dribbling to the hoop and dunking while the seas part. Luka even said as Tatum was laying it in, “I don’t want to injure anybody”.
A relatively high end Lambo comes to around 1% of Giannis’s yearly salary.
I think if they has a special edition that made it identifiable for the achievement, maybe.
