How is his wingspan and how are his shooting mechanics? Being a 6’7” PF isn’t like it was a decade ago.
Elite bigs go in the top 10 or are extremely raw (they took one just last year). That leaves...smaller guys. Why do the Celtics like drafting smaller guys? Hmm.
Rodney Rogers sagely nods his head. How is his wingspan and how are his shooting mechanics? Being a 6’7” PF isn’t like it was a decade ago.
Williams can shoot. It’s one of the most enticing parts of his game. His range shooting isn’t great yet, but his FT% is excellent at around 85%. I like this pick even though I would’ve preferred Bol Bol.So unathletic and no shooter?
Wingspan is right around 6'10. Not great, but good. How is his wingspan and how are his shooting mechanics? Being a 6’7” PF isn’t like it was a decade ago.
Yeah considering one just went #1 in this draftHow is his wingspan and how are his shooting mechanics? Being a 6’7” PF isn’t like it was a decade ago.
Because the North End apartments have low ceilings? Why do the Celtics like drafting smaller guys? Hmm.
If he can pass he’s already like the 5th best player on the roster.A few guys were really high on Williams, Vecine had him as the 15th best prospect, Danny Chau had him 13th, Tjarks had him 12th, and Tjarks had him as one of the 5 best playmakers in the draft regardless of position.
Correct, but the NBA is dumb so they have to pretend it is a “proposed trade.”So whoever the Sixers grab at 24 is our guy, is that how this works?
His jump shot makes Langford look like Ray Allen.Wow, Nassir Little must have some skeletons in the closet.
The point of this would be?Yahoo Sources: Boston is exploring trading the 24th pick that was acquired from Philadelphia.
Traded 20 for 24 and 33.Just tuning in. How did we get the 24?

Not remotely. In a few years, could see a team running their second unit offense through him. He's a good play maker and from all accounts a great kid. Really like this pick.Feels like Yabusele part II.
"Average Grant"Not remotely. In a few years, could see a team running their second unit offense through him. He's a good play maker and from all accounts a great kid. Really like this pick.
It’s real. He’s really smart with good vision. One of my favorite players to watch this year. The 3.2 assists from Williams is pretty interesting. I didn't see enough TN games to know how real that is, but sure helps the value if he's a plus passer who can defend at least some bigs.
Maybe we can get Josh Jacksonnow
Boston is trading No. 24 to the Suns --- who are focused on taking Ty Jerome, league source tells ESPN.
That is really exciting to me---Brad's system really utlizes the big who can pass. It’s real. He’s really smart with good vision. One of my favorite players to watch this year.
Hopefully an unprotected 1st from PhoenixTell us what we got.
51, sure.Ky Bowman is round 2 makes a lot of sense for the Celtics.
Probably a useless first that will turn into a secondHopefully an unprotected 1st from Phoenix
