"Think Jacksonville radio is saying JAX/NE is 10/18, which would make sense since the Jaguars are going to London the next week."

No more US Open tennis conflict for CBS Week 1. Keep that in mind prior to schedule release.

How exactly does this work?  Did they move the women's final or something?  They have the men's final on the monday now, pretty much just to avoid the conflict with the NFL, but there's still stuff going on on Sunday in the US Open.

The tournament is still the same dates, it's just on ESPN now, not CBS. For the next 11 years.

I'm pissed that the Pats will not be playing on Thanksgiving.  The Pats playing on Thanksgiving is, for me at least, great on so many levels.  And of course, the Butt Fumble happened on Thanksgiving night..such a fond holiday memory.

The All NFC thing is just salt in the wound.

so how does this work? the nfl lets some media dolts release like one game or whatever (that's "approved" to leak) to keep us lemmings talking about it all day until the official release tonight?
Yes. It's a two-der. This is discussed all day, plus the League is then owed one by the reporters to which the tidbits are leaked.

Monday night vs Bills, then travel to Denver doesn't allow much acclimation time.  Oh well.

Bye week is before at Dallas and at Indy however which is a benefit.

3 of last 4 games on the road.

Tough 3 game stretch of Monday Night vs Buffalo then short week Sunday Night game at Denver then come back East to play the fast breaking Eagles.

October 18. The whole nation gets to watch BB teach the Colts a lesson. That stadium will be empty before the end of the third quarter.

They will also have 2 mini byes in addition to their Week 4 bye.  They will have 10 days to prepare for Sexy Rexy in Week 2 and 10 days to prepare for RG3 in Week 9.  Even though their bye week comes early, the mini bye between Weeks 8 and 9 will give them some rest in the middle of the season.

I absolutely hate this. It's such garbage. They are going to destroy them because of this nonsense?

Don't forget the bye in Week 18

So the last ever game in San Diego is 20 December against the Dolphins.

The last ever game in Oakland is against the Chargers on Christmas eve.

The Rams last home game is the 17th, on a Thursday against Tampa.

I don't think it is a coincidence that the potential moving teams are not playing home games the last two Sundays of the season.

As opposed to the last 4 games where they're averaging winning by 20+ points without the fake motivation. That's Red Ryan nonsense.
You think BB is Leonard fucking Nimoy? I wouldn't be too sure about that.

Search for Anthony Smith (safety, Steelers) and Brady sometime. Watch the game again. Then hire a lip reader -- but you don't need to, somebody already has.

Grigson has caused 1000x the aggravation and heartburn that now long forgotten little prick could ever have hoped to cause.

Sometimes you just curb stomp someone. DVOA doesn't measure that.

I just don't buy the you can blow out a team at will because you're mad. There's plenty of examples of f u touchdowns and stuff like Anthony Smith. They'll beat them because they're a better team. Maybe they don't take the foot off the gas or have an f u play like they did against Smith and rub it in but the game won't be over at half becaise they're super angry!

The BB speech about the parade route before the super bowl is a great example of motivation but does anyone believe they won that game because of a parade route? If so they should have got more mad and upset before the two Super Bowls they lost or more mad at the Ravens. Or that week they lost to the hated Rex Ryan in the playoffs.
