I would have guessed starting to decline rather than "a cliff"...Kyrie has really fallen off a cliff. I'm not sure he's a top 40 player anymore. He does a few cool drives each game and will go supernova a handful of times during the season, but overall he is a net negative. On a good team he'd be a microwave guy off the bench. He's Reggie Jackson with better endorsements.
They noticeably kept Brogdon in at the end over him. Guessing they wanted a little more size(same height, though Brogdon has 30 lbs on him) and ball handling since they usually have Smart in thereDid something happen to White? I just saw the 4th, looked at his minutes, and wondered if he got hurt?
The Celtics are the best team in the NBA. I will be surprised if they don’t win at least four of these gamesI hope not. They just started game 1 of a loooong road trip
Brooklyn
Toronto
Phoenix
Golden State
LA Clippers
LA Lakers

The next three games are against teams who collectively are 32-5 on their home floors. Tonight against Toronto (9-2 at home) is the second night of a back to back. Wednesday against Phoenix (12-2 at home) is their third game in four nights and fourth in six. Saturday against Golden State (11-1 at home) is going to be a hyped finals rematch. Followed by a Monday-Tuesday back-to-back against the LA teams, one of which is beginning to play extremely well. 3-2 over that stretch would be amazing and 2-3 would be fine. Two down, four to go. IDK how hot these teams are lately. The Celtics are 16 out of their last 18 hot, and have beaten pretty good teams like Memphis, NO, Toronto, Miami, BK, and Atlanta on the road. I won’t be surprised if they come back from the West Coast 3-1 or 4-0. They can avenge the three straight losses last season at Phoenix and LA when the team was dysfunctionalThe next three games are against teams who collectively are 32-5 on their home floors.
