Saw that too. Sam gets no respect at all but deserves a lot more than many other star NBA players.
Either his performance this year is an anomaly, or he’ll start getting a lot more before long.
My biggest takeaway 2 quarters into this game is that Middleton is done and the Bucks a very good but not elite team with flotsam and jetsam at wing. Prime Middleton of a few years ago would be lethal with Giannis and Dame but he looks atrocious.
He's forced to play a certain role on a contender. If he were on a lottery team he'd already have broken out.
Yes, KP has brought out the play-making ability in Jaylen. It’s the kind of thing that would make the Celtics unstoppable.
Teams have spent years collapsing on Jaylen when he has the ball, if he can make them pay with assists, good luck defending this team.
