Down 3 and pulling the goalie. I'm ok if this gives the B's some 6 on 5 practice in game situations.
It's always one of those things I think teams should do in preseason games. 2 minutes left in the 1st? Pull the goalie! Get your big guys out there and let them work at it a little bit. Hell, talk to the other team before the game and have them do it the end of the second.
Take a couple too many men penalties, work the pkill. Take 2 - work the 3 on 5 kill.
Someone should be paying me for this insight.
Love this from McAvoy
That’s it Charlie. Don’t take any shit.
Good stuff. Fuck of Sobotka
McAvoy is going to be a monster this year.
Much better game tonight.
Help the old PK %. I think we’re at 50% now?
4 assists for Marchand, 3 primary.
Completely different team from last night.
Washington might be a really, really good team, to be honest.
Don't forget, Buffalo is really terrible. It's also early in the season and there's a lot of luck and chemistry factors going on
This was great. I couldn’t tell, but I hope Charlie told Chara that he would get him later himself.
Damn man, let us enjoy it for a little while, at least. Please?
Buffalo is not terrible, and are a dark horse to squeeze into the playoffs. They aren’t Tampa or Toronto, but few teams are.
Nice win against a rising young team.
Buffalo is obviously young, but they do have talent. Dhalin is definitely NHL ready. I think what they showed in this game most clearly is that they really struggled to react to bad bounces. More than once I thought I was watching college instead of Pro hockey because of how quickly they collapsed haphazardly to the net on defense or how they overpursued. But those are things that they'll learn their way out of, and I think that in the 2-4 year range, they could get really dangerous with another couple pieces.
Days without hockey are stupid.
One fucking job.
Ohwoops, wrong game
