    Wouldn't say its a worry, just an observation. Team clearly doesn't value him much if they aren't even protecting him from the secondary part of Rule 5.

    I also tend to agree with Ian more. I think that when I disagree with him though he's usually way further off from me than when I disagree with Chris. Haven't listened to the episode yet (waiting for my work commute tomorrow) but will report back on this when I do.

    Fun fact- I'm currently in an APBA league that JJ Cooper of Baseball America was a founding member of. His college roommate is the commissioner and someone I've known since I was 9. Really good guy. Hope to get JJ to come on some day.

    Re Chad- I like the guy but I do agree he seems to be more of a reporter than an analysis guy. I appreciate what he does for the Athletic but he's not someone that I'll talk to and be like "wow, he knows A LOT about this". Of people I've gotten to talk to since I started doing the podcasting...

    hahaha I mean, yeah, I can't see a scenario where they trade Yordanny, Perales, or Wikelman right now. Can't really trade from an area of weakness. Who do you see as the best player you'd be willing to move?

    Rosier is going to be a major leaguer. Decent floor imo. He can do a lot of different things at a high level.

    Still not 100% sure what to make of Coffey but I do like the walk rate and physical profile. Seems like the kind of profile that could take a notable step forward with good coaching.

    We actually do have a translator. Have talked a little bit with Jedixson Paez about coming on and chatting with my Mexican friend Huitzo. Can talk to him about recording a couple interviews when I'm in Aruba for my honeymoon.
