While I certainly would enjoy going 11-0, I'm kinda pissed I didn't put any money on anything.
Same thing happened to me in '99. Due to the timing of the NCAA bracket's release and spring break, that was the one year I wasn't in a bracket pool in about a 20-year span. I picked 14 of the final 16, 7 of the final 8, the whole final 4, both finalists, and nailed the UConn over Duke upset. If there's no money on the line, I'm nails.

I take down 2nd AND 3rd place in a pick'em pool if Atlanta wins. It's a decent amount of money -- I'm hating the internal struggle right now.
The year the Pats played the Panthers I had put $100 on the Panthers preseason at something around 70-1 through my book. I had the solace of having just won one to ease my pain if my best case outcome was winning $7k on a lark or my team winning two in three years.
I feel ya.
I'm kind of glad I'm one game out of it, or my Atlanta over NE pick could lead to internal conflicts ...
