Yeah, at least for Williams' sake he just signed a huge deal with a nearly $50M guarantee. If that's a pec tear, he's done for the year.

That pharaoh td reminded me of that Sam Aiken td vs Miami. Obviously wasn't 80 yards or that acrobatic. Why does my brain make these connections? I really thought he was going to be a big-time player

We are going to be better than most of the board thought. I still have a lot of optimism for this team.
Zach Wilson is really the least of the Jets problems on offense. The line can’t open any holes or stop the pass rush, and on the rare occasion they slow the pass rush down a little, the receivers can’t get open at all and he has to throw the ball away to avoid taking a coverage sack.
Not saying Wilson isn’t terrible, but I don’t think Tom Brady would be having a ton of success in his shoes now.

I’m glad they finally highlight the downfield coverage. Seems like Wilson has had good initial protection on several plays, and then it’s imploded after he looks and looks for an open receiver.
That screen play was a great play by Williams - and we are talking a deflection on a screen - not a terrible decision or bad throw.
The Jets honestly don't have a chance with this kid. Douglas should be fired if going with this stiff really is the plan.
The dude legit likes football, which is most definitely not true about everyone on the air these days.
It might be the difference between it being worth it for them to try to trade for another qb or just waiting til next year.
I think he is best when doing analytical commentary and worst when trying to hype guy. But, they often assign him to the top game of the week and ask him to hype guy.

Depends on whether the particular ref team has a hard__ for that this particular day. Kind of an obscure penalty.
