I'm pretty sure it was Newton. I was at college and was pretty good friends with his younger brother, so Karl's shameless Yankee ballwashing stuns me.Can’t tell the guy is from Needham

Pretty sure Lose is rightI'm pretty sure it was Newton. I was at college and was pretty good friends with his younger brother, so Karl's shameless Yankee ballwashing stuns me.
This kind of comment scares me, like that guy would hit a homer right after. Why are they playing Cabrera? He sucks
Lived on Greendale, at least in the late 1990s. May have moved on up, like we did from NewtonI'm pretty sure it was Newton. I was at college and was pretty good friends with his younger brother, so Karl's shameless Yankee ballwashing stuns me.
Good point. There's a lot less pulling of the ball by the Sox. I wonder if any of the meetings focused on doing more with less.
(Devers missed the meeting.)
I'm close with his family. He is still a Red Sox fan.I'm pretty sure it was Newton. I was at college and was pretty good friends with his younger brother, so Karl's shameless Yankee ballwashing stuns me.
I was trying to figure that out with this one, and it seemed like McGuire was way backWhy has catcher interference seemed to become a more frequent occurrence? Are hitters cheating the back of the batters box more or are catcher reaching out more?
Because if it went a foot or two more toward the pen, Duran might not get it. I mean, it's not that hard to figure out what they meanHow can you say Rizzo's long fly, that Duran made a great play on, went against the Yankees?
Glad to hear it, but Karl is clearly overcompensating!I'm close with his family. He is still a Red Sox fan.
I guess Rizzo has been relatively Ratso this year, and if he'd hit that ball in some other ballparks, he's got a home run.How can you say Rizzo's long fly, that Duran made a great play on, went against the Yankees? Like saying Walcott caught a bad break when Marciano knocked him out.
Maybe as part of trying to execute framing the C's are reaching out a bit more? Why has catcher interference seemed to become a more frequent occurrence? Are hitters cheating the back of the batters box more or are catcher reaching out more?
I think catchers are going to the ball more in an attempt to help frame the pitch for a strike. Then you have the players moving in the box depending what type of pitcher they're facing. Primarily a FB/sinker pitcher back in the box. Braking ball more forward in the box.Why has catcher interference seemed to become a more frequent occurrence? Are hitters cheating the back of the batters box more or are catcher reaching out more?
Six so far, which means I only have three more toesHow many fucking adds for this toe fungus cream are we going to get tonight?
That makes one of us, Maui! For once I am actually enjoying all of these Father's Day interviews with the players and managers. Pretty awesome.
Well, the next year he should have forced the little twerp to watch the ALCS highlights on a loop, Clockwork Orange style.I'm close with his family. He is still a Red Sox fan.
