Julian Green to Greuther Fürth on loan is now official.


28 year old CM Conor O'Brien signed with IK Start in Norway's second division. He's been out of contract since his deal with AC Horsens in Denmark expired over the summer.

19 year old winger Joshua Perez is going on loan to Livorno in Serie C for the season:

Nick Taitague was one of two U19 team players called up for Schalke's international break friendly against Gütersloh; he started and contributed an assist.

Taitague is a year younger than his compatriots at Schalke, Weston McKennie and Haji Wright. Being one of two U19s to play in a friendly are good tea leaves. Getting invited to train with the first team during winter break would be more consequential. We'll see.
