I agree with this assessment.  He is a beast and what is amazing is that he is pretty big guy.

I wouldn't bet on it. Petit was lights out as a reliever this year, but average as a starter. I think when he sees long innings ahead of him, he doesn't trust his stuff or something. Bochy loves him in this role, and he also has faith in Peavy and Hudson.
