Outstanding game, good series, solid broadcasting team. What's not to like?

The only negative is the likely unavailability of Herrera tomorrow
Once they got up 3 zip, they had to go all in this game for the simple reason that it guarantees this series returning home.

Still, good game, lots of fun.
Some of the people here are like high brow food critics. The only broadcaster immune to criticism is Vin Scully.

The Royals need to figure out Bumgarner. The Giants need to figure out the KC bullpen. I think this series comes down to that.
I think the Royals can win without them figuring out Bumgarner. They win tomorrow and they can take their best shot in Game 5 and then go home for a close out.

This series is going seven and I love it.  Every inning is do or die.  The Giants have a deeper line-up (did I just type that?) but that KC bullpen is otherworldly.  I love baseball...

This is totally accurate.
I assume you mean there are other broadcasters immune to criticism. Can you elaborate? Just curious.

good god, the local news anchors in SF trying to recap the game. HR looks like a genius
You mean Channel 2 news anchor, like Julie Haener? Not a fair comparison. She's not supposed to be a sports expert. Their sports guy, Mark Ibanez, is more a football guy.

I don't know what my friend meant. I meant that we are too harsh in the main; hence the reference to food critics. Scully is immune because he is a baseball God.
One can say he does not like HR because he's been overly exuberant; that's a matter of taste. One can't reasonably say HR is not knowledgeable, or has not added value to the broadcasts.
