The attacker has a right to go for the ball, doesn't she?
If it's clear she's not going to get there, she has an obligation to avoid or minimize conduct. You don't have a right to take out the player playing the ball, and that's ALWAYS called a foul on the attacker if the keeper gets there. If she misses, or you beat her to it because it's lower than she thought, it's fair game. But she's got her entire length of arm to get there ahead of you with just your head, she's going to get there first if it's above head level. You don't get a license to take out the keeper just because there's a cross.

That was a hell of a ball from Rapinoe to Heath.

Horan coming in for Lavelle. Lavelle is good, but seems super young to me still. She is gonna be a force as she gets more experience.

Now Lindsay, calm down the center of the field.

Maybe that's your anchor point. it's not mine. And albino? Really? She dyes her hair blond for the most part. Like, say, the third of the Swedish team that isn't naturally blond.
When not dyed an attention-grabbing color, it's really light, to the point of seeming white. She's basically my favorite player on the team, so I'm making no negative implications here.

As for the play vs Brazil even wikipedia cites that in its first paragraph as her signature moment. What's your prevailing image of her on the field?

Sauerbrunn, after the crap I gave her earlier, played that last 2-on-3 run perfectly. Commit and engage the attacker too early, she cuts back to the middle or passes with a clean lane. Engage too late, and she gets off a direct shot from close range. She committed at the exact right time, drew a wild cross and they got the D.

Well, I fucking love her, so my prevailing image is likely the last goal I saw. I always thinking of her cutting back inside from the left, getting a step, and hitting the corner of the goal. But yes, that moment is surely her most well known.

FWIW, I'm pretty sure her natural hair color is brown. She's just been dyeing it a very long time.
