The bars here suck. They are designed for 10k/night crowds and tonight the lines are 30 min long and they only let you buy 2 12oz beers.

Fuck this, go Rockies

Holy crap. I checked out for a bit and. Didn’t realize Greinke didn’t even lay 4 innings either...
Someone make sure Sale knows that starters are expected to go past 5 innings in the playoffs. Hell, he can feel free to go 8 or so. He may be confused after watching the past two days.

Sometimes a guy hits a single against you and you feel lucky. That ball that Parra hit seemed like it could have been more.

Unless Bradley just can't go two innings I didn't like it either. The ball Parra hit was a bad sign. You were never going to let Ray pitch once the lineup rolled over. Why not just let Bradley come in clean.
I can see it being a debatable move, but it's not overmanaging. If anything, it's undermanaging.

The bunt got the run in, but there are other ways that a > .330 hitter with > 30 HRs can get a runner in from third. Not sure that's the best play down by 2 runs.

A little late but I can't believe that a guy who was involved in the Schilling trade in 2004 is still playing in this league.

Is there a rule that Bradley can't go back to the bullpen right now? I never understand this. He threw one pitch. Wouldn't he prefer to be in the bullpen where he could toss a few if he wants instead of sitting on the bench?

I've never seen it, so presume it is a rule.

Did Luvullo have a valid option to double switch, because if he's forced to choose between pulling Bradley or letting him hit this inning that was a huge fuck up.

Nah, he needs to hit
