Stidham?

Draft pick?

FA?

What're we thinking? I'm in the "pay no one big money" boat, but I can be swayed.

It's almost got to be Stidham. Hard to see this team making a run without Brady. I can't see them paying the money and betting on Bridgewater as the future. Stidham is cheap - give him a shot. Worst case is you draft high next year. Best case is he's good.

Stidham unless there's someone in the FA market Belichick loves and is getting underpaid which...well it's Stidham and see what you have.

Stidham. Also draft a guy in rd 1-3. Don't pay a trash vet backup more than a couple million.

I think that the Pats REALLY like Stidham. He will be surprisingly good.

I'm a full on rebuild guy, but if they like Stidham, they have to try to win and see what they have and not just blow up the roster with trades, right?

I bet we will see a veteran clipboard carrier signed to mentor Stidham and serve as backup. Someone who will earn the backup QB equivalent of vet minimum. Brian Hoyer would be ideal as he knows Josh's system so well.
Jimmy G?

Stidham. They’re going young and rebuilding. I’m basing this on the fact that they made sure that they kept good veteran locker room guys like McCourty and Slater.
