I’ve gotten my wife into hockey the past few years - she actually asked if the Bruins would rebuild and trade Pasta if Bergeron retired (she’s finally ascended to a knowledgeable hockey wife).

When McKinnon scored she turned to me and said “is that what you mean every time you call a goal a ‘goal scorers goal?’”

Yes, yes it is. One of the best goals I’ve ever seen. Wish it would have clinched the series.

The game went to commercial at 2-2 and I flipped it over to catch the end of the Warriors-Mavs game. I legit was only on it for 4 mins in real time and flipped back and it was 4-4. I was so confused.

I think that was a bad no goal call against Calgary. You are allowed to angle your skate to direct the puck in (plus Coleman had his blade angled in order to slow down/stop) and that's what I saw, not a kick.
