Between here and everywhere.
Was it a high stick? Maybe. I wouldn’t say that video is 100% conclusive to the point I’d over turn the call on the ice.

But also, that’s the kind of play that //should// stand. If the puck did hit the stick, it had zero bearing on the outcome of the play. It’s like an offsides review that happened a full 45 seconds before a goal where there is 1cm of white ice visible between the puck and the blue line.

If I were an oilers fan, yea I’d be upset. But as a hockey fan? Good goal.

Yeah ultimately EDM deserved to lose for committing a penalty in OT. An d looking at it again there's nothing conclusive there.

They also spent like 20 mins reviewing it. If you get to the point of Zapruder level Film Analysis to try see if the puck hit the stick the call should stand.

This is right. I watched it live and all the angles they had on TV. I couldn't tell if it hit the stick or not. this is where I think they should put a time limit on starting from when they start looking at the footage. If you can't tell after 3 minutes of reviewing replay footage call stands. It's not "clear and obvious."

Winnipeg scored three goals and tied the game because Vegas didn't score anymore goals after they had 4.

So 3 goals, plus 1, equals 4 for the Jets. For Vegas, 4 + 0 also equals 4.

Poor Lose-a-peg. I watched only the third period and the two OTs, but that was an entertaining game (although strangely not as exciting as most double OT games for some reason -- maybe because I didn't really care who won?)

I feel bad for Winnipeg. Fun game though, that comeback late from Winnipeg was spectacular. If they had pulled out the win it would have seemed like one for the ages, at least for Winnipeg fans.

Morrissey out for the rest of the first round with a LBI.
Big blow for Winnipeg. He’s their best defenseman and second in team scoring.

I thought Edmonton would be better. I don't watch them too much but every time I do I catch about five minutes involving McDavid and Draisaitl doing some amazing followed by Edmonton giving up a goal.
