Yeah it’s unbelievable how on form Gray is right now. Just sliced through them. Brilliant from Doucoure too to pick up that overlap

United brings Ronaldo, Pogba, and Sancho off the bench. That’s just wild.

No DCL or Richardson today- it’s all Doucore Gray and Townsend, as it’s been all season

Ooohhhhhh, he was even with the ball!

Edit: the overhead views show his foot was ahead of the ball. So close.

Davies was terrible in the cup loss to QPR, he was a passenger all game and missed the pen that lost the shootout with a weak no confidence effort. Same here. Put your fucking laces into it.

Saw it again. Cowardly. Pains me because I’ve been a fan, even gave his name on a shirt, but we could have beaten Utd at OT in the 85th fucking minute

Mind boggling that United has invested so much into the team yet is content to keep Ole at the wheel on the highway to nowheresville.

It’s like an NFL team with the talent of the Bucs hiring Adam Gase and sticking with him for four seasons.

But let’s not detract from we just went into OT and went toe to toe with them for 90 and got a point. This wasn’t a park the bus and nick a set piece Burnley draw.

We were at least even value and arguably should have won, this with our two attacking stars out and the corpse of 35 yo Salomon Rondon of the Chinese super League leading the line, a CB reduced to a shell of himself by a bad case of COVID at RB, a squad so thin we have to make up the bench numbers with a third keeper, and Tom Davies and a 19 yo academy kid whose stoppage time cameo is his second PL appearance, coming on as subs when they bring in Paul Pogba and fucking Ronaldo.

Yup, really good performance from Everton. Rafa has done a very nice job so far.

It’s good to see Danny Rose, that scrappy motherfucker. He’s definitely gonna stir some shit up today. Always fun, always infuriating.

interesting that they put Leeds-Watford on NBCSN...do informercials on CNBC really make more money than an overflow EPL match during this match window?

Bullshit Var review coming back to harm Chelsea now. Love the penalty by Ward Prowse too bad England didn’t have him in the Euros lol

Great save, but reduced to an easy save by Timo Werner’s degree of difficulty multiplier. What a fraud.

Respect. One sentence. 97 words. 380 letters.

(Not counting short cuts a la RB as the actual full word.)

Did Kroenke get Lee Dixon banned from calling Arsenal matches? Did he not want more American fans turned against him?

Moss-Kavannah pairing and I am surprised we are not down to 10-on-10 at this point

If I may, I'd like to make a small request. On the vanishingly small chance that anyone here is going to be watching Mainz-Union Berlin, could you please hold or spoiler any discussion of that game? I've got both my teams playing simultaneously today. I'm starting with Palace since ESPN usually gets their replays up much faster than NBC.

After all that, and then a 10:25pm kickoff for Seahawks-49ers, it's going to be long day putting an ass groove in the couch here. And the Red Sox too.

Jesus that was awful. Palace was pretty much dominating the first 30 minutes and Andersen just gave away a goal. Ugly as Monday night.

Tottenham look actually kind of good and even delivered a well-worked goal to take an early lead.

I feel like Anthony Taylor is reffing with a random number generator. I have no idea what he’s going to call or ignore.

Pretty blah game in North London. Spurs scored from their one well-worked chance. Other than that neither keeper has been threatened much.

At least it's a much more solid performance from Spurs. The tactical issues from the Arsenal disaster have been corrected. But there still isn't much in the way of effective possession structure.
