For some reason no Mercury Morris sighting. Is he the 72 team’s Designated Survivor?
I think Jets great Laverneus Coles started this because he got kicked off of FSU the year he was drafted
Looked like a pretty fair hit to me. Minkah put his shoulder squarely in Mostert’s chest.
Defender has to be able to make a play on the ball without watching Mostert catch the ball and make a football move.
The AFC East is suddenly looking like a major power division. Miami wins this and will go to 4-3. NE beats Chi and moves to 4-3 (God willing). The Jets - JETS!!! - are 5-2. And of course Buffalo looks like the best team in football (sorry Philly).
Agreed. That movie was totally ludicrous, but solidly entertaining. And that went for a lot of the football movies of that era.
Right now Tua must feel like he's back at Alabama playing Vanderbilt or something. The talent gap between his skill players and the opponent's secondary is.....vast.
If they’re going to start dropping Minkah into the middle as a lurker, the corners are going to be open for business.
See I’m not getting that decision. You’re first and goal. Unless you get a penalty on Miami you’re in no danger of running down the clock. But Mike has them run a play, which serves only to give Miami more time after/if they score or turn it over on downs. He’s so bad with clock management.
Yeah that was absolutely baffling. 3 timeouts, should have been the easiest call ever.
These small things add up. Jets game manager has been on point this year and it is so noticeable.
I love Tomlin, but his game manager is one of those Magic 8-Balls. He’s always sucked at it. I doubt they even have such a role in Pittsburgh, or if they do he’s not very good at his job.
