What did you want them to do? Calling a t/o and failing on 4th down puts the broncos in pretty good spot to gain a few yards and kick a fg. After the failed 3rd down attempt the Hail Mary was the right play.

Yeah clock management was fine. Not being able to move the ball was the problem.

Using timeouts to set up a 4th down play at their own 45 with plenty of time on the clock would have been... no bueno.
