the Raiders won on the road? about as surprising as the fraudulent Texans losing to a backup QB at home, I guess.

Announcers explaining that the AZ offense is learning how much more open the offense is with the NFL hashmarks as opposed to the college hashmarks.

Which I guess means that they consider AZ to be a college team.

Tampa thrashing the Rams right now.
The Pats continuity is so amazing. How many “great” teams have risen and fallen while they’ve stayed at the top? Not that the Rams are out of anything, but the dynastic crowing seems a bit premature now.

Pittsburgh came and went. Denver. Seattle. Baltimore. SF. The Giants. Indy. New Orleans has been hot and cold. There's a lot.

And those are just the teams who have had some success. There are so many teams who haven't done anything for 20 years.

Meanwhile, the Pats are just one of three teams in the NFL who haven't played in a wild card game in the past 8 seasons, along with Cleveland and the Jets. That, to me, is the most incredible stat.

Recently, none has fallen as spectacularly as the Jags.

As noted, it doesn’t violate the one shell rule as it’s still the same base helmet with different decals.

When it's *that* obvious, do we really need to let it play out?

As soon as someone gets hurt on that, they'll change their minds.
Alex Ogletree got injured in Tampa last weekend on an obvious incompletion that the refs let play out. Ogletree was returning the "fumble" when he pulled a hamstring. I know the refs are instructed to let it play out but come on....when it's that obvious blow the damm whistle!!

Additionally, by allowing the turnover or score to stand because that will generate a review, that also means you then need incontrovertible proof to overturn a play that maybe should have been blown dead.

And to think, I was feeling so smart earlier for avoiding the Raiders/Colts game in the eliminator, and instead, switching it to the Rams over the Bucs...oh well...
