Maps are always fun. Why does Iowa get Niners-Rams when most of the country gets Bal-Dal?

edit - oh, it’s Purdy, isn’t it?

I am ecstatic SFL gets Iggles saints over the Gmen (v Brownies)

Kansas and Utah not getting Broncos is surprising to me

I googled why are there 2 MNF games and found a bunch of scammy non answer sites.

Best I found was this NYT article from last year:

In March 2021, the NFL finalized an 11-year media rights agreement with its previously existing broadcast partners, plus Amazon Prime Video, that granted more content to Disney by increasing the number of games on ESPN and ABC from 17 to 23. Beginning in 2022, there were to be three multi-game “Monday Night Football” weeks each season. The structuring of the schedule to air two overlapping Monday night games last season was Disney’s way of testing the waters to decide how to approach future multi-game “MNF” weeks.

Another possible explanation for the concurrent broadcasts is that overlapping the games, rather than scheduling the second game to kick off at the conclusion of the first, will hypothetically result in the late game ending at a decent hour on the East Coast.

Amazing catch by Amari Cooper to get RedZone started with a bang.

Do you guys remember that Chiefs/Rams MNF game (I think it was them) that went over 100 points. Seems like it was decades ago

Arthur Smith looks like he could be pulled directly out of an episode of Hill Street Blues

Is Houston even supposed to beat the Vikings. They struggled with the Bears and Colts

Caleb felt bad for Richardson so decided to throw a sympathy pick of his own.

This is the worst QB play I have seen in the first hour of football I remember. Hurts, Williams, Richardson. Levis having a stupid bee

Saints keep overrunning Hurts on their pass rush, let him out of a real pickle in the 2:00 drill

Not sure if it would have been the right move, but Fields is much more fun to watch than Brissett.
