Feels like a meaningless score will deprive those of us that stuck with the whole game even the satisfaction of a scoragami.

Shanahan is going to start feeling some heat in SF. This team has way too much talent to look this bad, even with Jimmy G. It doesn't help that he and Lynch love to act like they're the two smartest guys in the room.

Jeff Wilson has 11 carries for 73 yards.
Javonte Williams has 11 carries for 53 yards.

Yet, these coaches insist on running Melvin Gordon (8 carries, 13 yards and a fumble) and Deebo (5 carries, 6 yards).

I think the strategy they are employing could be described as "Find the one thing that's working, and don't do it."

Please please stop advertising this medicine that may lead to a bacterial infection of the taint. This game is bad enough.

This game should clear up the confusion a lot of folks expressed about the decision to move on from Jimmy. This miserable offensive performance isn't all him - to be sure - but he also hasn't done much to help the situation.

There are at least 15 QB's in the league drooling for the offensive line, running game, tight end and receivers that Jimmy G. has.

Mac Jones is one of them.

Jimmy G. is a bad quarterback.

Melvin Gordon has clearly not learned that the football is very important to hold onto. Dude is a fumble machine. Why is he in there?

The football thread on the Sons of Johnnie LeMaster is going to get ugly if Jimmy doesn't pull his head out of his ass over the next 4 minutes.

I have always thought that Lance has a much higher ceiling than Jimmy; my question was always the timing. Minus QB - the 49ers have a roster that can make a SB run. I get they think Lance can be that QB. I am just not sure if he will be good enough soon enough.

McDaniels obviously won't get fired this year, but starting 0-3 will certainly draw some criticism for a team that was supposed to contend.
if u watched last year raiders team they won 5 of their 10 games in lucky fashion @ cle @ indy balt mia at home and they have no o-line and only 2 eitile def players their season is basiclly over yes they will beat denver once most likely but overall t

Beyond frustrating the Mac injury all but ends the season, all I can really surmise after three weeks of football is that the AFC wild card spots are wide open - lot of bad football so far.

So next week KC vs Tampa. That means one of those teams will be losing 2 in a row. Interesting.
Denver v Vegas next week. They could bury the Raiders with a win.

Meanwhile, if you thought tonight was bad, tomorrow night's QB matchup is Jones v Rush.

You can just see Shanny’s contempt for Jimmy’s decision making oozing out of him. That SF roster is loaded on both sides of the ball and Shanny has Jimmy G driving the bus. They won’t make it through the season together.

Who exactly are they going to turn to?
